Virtual Kamper – Website
For this website design, I placed the emphasis on the photography. Simple grey and white with pops of color allow the story of two full-time RVers to be the focus.
A prominently placed form for email list sign ups drives readers to a specific call to action on the main page.
Tiles with eye-catching graphics for each category of blog are also featured to allow quick and easy navigation across the site right from the home page.
Each category has it’s own page where readers can filter blog posts down even further by sub-categories.
Striking featured images were chosen for each article to inspire people to click through and read more.
On the blog posts themselves, call outs to subscribe to the email list feature prominently.
Additionally, grey scale feature boxes direct readers to related articles improve Search Engine Optimization performance across the website.
At the bottom of each post — call outs to important travel information, Pinterest images to encourage social media sharing, and another email list sign up form promote reader interaction.
Finally, contact forms on the site encourages readers to reach out to the bloggers.
